Dale Fobian is the lead consultant for consolting.online. His qualification and experience profile are ideally suited for organization effectiveness consulting.

He has Master Degrees in Commerce (MCom) and Business Leadership (MBL), and is a registered Industrial Organizational Psychologist (Reg. No. PS0144487).

He has over 30 years experience in human capital consulting; both internally as a business partner and externally as a independent practise psychologist.
